Associate Director

Youth Services Unit Manager
Position Overview:  The Youth Services Unit Manager works under the direct supervision of the agency’s Executive Director and in close coordination with the West Town Academy (WTA) Principal. The Youth Services Unit Manager oversees the implementation of numerous city, state and Federal grants; coordinates youth support and wraparound services; and is instrumental in youth career development and post-secondary transitions. Assistant to the Director

Position Overview: Reporting directly to the Executive Director, the Assistant to the Director manages the day-to-day administrative functions of the agency including overseeing the day-to-day operations, personnel, fiscal and contract management of the agency. The Assistant to the Director staffs the agency management team and supports the programs and services that fulfill the agency mission.
